Advance Payment (Prepayment)
If you choose the payment method “Advance Payment,” we will provide our bank details in a separate email. The goods will be delivered after receipt of payment.
Delivery Time and Delivery Restrictions
Delivery takes place no later than 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receipt of the payment order by the transferring financial institution (in the case of advance payment).
If there are delivery restrictions for a product, we will indicate this in the product listing.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is made according to the shipping costs specified in the respective product description.
Transfer of Risk

If the customer is a consumer, the seller bears the risk of shipment regardless of the chosen shipping method.

If the customer is an entrepreneur, all risks and dangers of shipment pass to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over by the seller to the contracted logistics partner.
